- Is it possible to put one of the leaf spring arms on the bottom tumbler, turn it facing up, and then use it for stomping/self-defense practice for women and children?
- The G1000 is a perfect tool for self-defense training. Position your leaf spring arms in to any combination to mimic target points/areas for self defense training routines.

- What is the distance between the floor and the first tumbler on the bottom?
- The first stud is 12 inches from the floor when the G-1000 is mounted to the floor.
When the bottom bracket of the G-1000 is mounted to the wall, you can locate the bottom studs however high you desire. - Do you find this question helpful? Yes No
