The Focusmaster Fitness method is passed down within the dedicated and skilled Focusmaster team, in turn providing their members the ultimate total body workout and a strong community spirit like no other. It is universally scalable in that we help people of all ages and fitness abilities.
Where our method shines however, is in the specialization of helping people over 40 lose weight, gain energy, and feel more confident in their bodies.
Our method includes basic boxing combinations on Focusmaster machines in addition to functional strength exercises. All classes are performed within small group settings and led by highly motivating coaches through personalized instruction. Personal training is also available for individualized attention.
