Healthy Habits Weekly Challenge - Food Quality Continued...

This weeks Healthy Habits Challenges continue to focus on the Food Quality.

Monday & Tuesday: 5 ingredients at each meal or less (oils & spices don’t count)

Wednesday & Thursday: No vegetable oils in either cooking or food (including canola oil)

Friday: Put your fork down between bites at all meals.

Saturday & Sunday: 1 small treat per day (1 serving)
