Healthy Habits Weekly Challenge - Hunger & Intuitive Eating

This weeks Healthy Habits Challenge is all about being a little more mindful when eating so we can begin to recognize when we are actually hungry and when we are full.

Monday & Tuesday: Put your fork down between bites.

Wednesday & Thursday: Chew eat bite of your food at least 10x.

Friday: Write down 3 rules that you have made about your diet.

Saturday & Sunday: Listen to your body. When you’re hungry, feed it, when its full, let it digest before eating again.
