This week were heading back to cutting out sugar in our diets. We’ve done this before and for those that participated can remember how much better they felt. If it’s your first time, you’ll be amazed at the amount of sugar in some of your everyday food items. As we head into Spring, this is the perfect time to buckle down and get focused.
Monday & Tuesday: No sugar sweetened beverages
Wednesday & Thursday: Pantry clean out. Get rid of those high sugar items that crept back into the house.

Friday: Limit total added sugar intake to less than 20 grams

Saturday & Sunday: No sugar sweetened condiments all weekend
