We kick off this week with putting some more focus on hydration!
Monday & Tuesday: Drink half of your body weight in ounces. For example, if you weight 150 lbs, your goal is to drink 75 ounces of water each day.
Wednesday & Thursday: Drink half of your daily water intake goal by noon AND if you drink coffee, don’t add any sweeteners.
Friday: Bring a bottle of water to work & don't drink any sugar sweetened beverages.
Saturday & Sunday: Drink one glass of water (at least 8 oz) in the morning before food, coffee or tea.
